A Broader View Volunteers has had the pleasure to host two winners of the VIH Scholarship. Chantal Barr traveled with ABV to Ghana and Tanesha Waid traveled to Vietnam.

Tanesha Waid, class of 2013 at Arcadia University, was a 2011 recipiente and used her scholarship to travel and volunteer in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. Tanesha spent four weeks at an orphanage home to over 60 children. While there Tanesha focused on teaching English, and focused her time on education of the small children.

Upon her return to the USA Tanesha continued her support of the orphanage by hosting a luncheon fundraiser at Arcadia University which was held on December 07th 2011. A Broader View staff was invited to attend and share in this happy event with Tanesha.

Thank you!
